Riyadh: Red Sea Global (RSG) and Oracle have partnered to train 5,000 Saudi citizens in IT skills over the next six months, aligning with Oracle’s goal of training 50,000 individuals in the Kingdom.
Delivered via Oracle’s Mostaqbali learning platform, the free program aims to upskill Saudis for tech-driven roles, particularly in hospitality, where Oracle technologies are widely used across RSG’s luxury destinations.
RSG’s Sultan Moraished emphasized the initiative’s role in nurturing Saudi talent and supporting Vision 2030’s workforce goals. Oracle’s Reham AlMusa highlighted its impact on strengthening the Kingdom’s digital economy.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in enterprise applications and cloud services, enhancing their employment prospects within RSG’s expanding tourism sector.
