Peshawar: Impressive Science and Arts exhibitions featuring students from multiple boys' and girls' government colleges were held in Swat and Swabi. Students showcased a variety of handmade science and arts projects at the events, highlighting their creativity and skills.
Participating teachers emphasized that the primary objective of the exhibitions was to bring forward the talents of young men and women in Swat, instilling confidence in them and encouraging them to believe in their abilities. They stated that such platforms inspire other youth to showcase their talents and pursue their interests confidently.
The exhibitions featured handmade embroidery, paintings, cultural cuisine, scientific experiments, and awareness stalls. Notably, young women highlighted issues of crimes against women, particularly domestic violence, through their stalls aimed at spreading awareness about women's rights.
Female participants expressed their concern over the prevalence of domestic violence and other crimes against women in society, noting that these issues often go unacknowledged. Through their awareness stalls, they aimed to educate women about their rights and encourage them to stand up against injustices.
Such initiatives by various organizations and institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were highly praised for empowering the youth and addressing significant societal issues.
