California: Shakira celebrated another milestone on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour with a sold-out show in San Diego. Performing at Snapdragon Stadium, the global pop icon expressed her joy and gratitude through an Instagram post on Friday, calling it her 42nd sold-out performance.
“San Diego, last night it was amazing to see Snapdragon Stadium so packed!” she wrote. “Thanks to all of you! This tour in America has been out of this world! I love you.”
Adding a playful touch, Shakira shared a clip of herself holding a fan-made “Shakidollar” — a fake currency note featuring her image and labeled with “THE SHEWOLF STATE,” a nod to her 2009 album She Wolf. “And in the end, I’m leaving with a Shakidollar for the hotel!” she joked in the caption, delighting fans with her humor.
Her next tour stop is June 30, 2025, at Oracle Park in San Francisco, as part of her highly successful American leg.
