Riyadh: Automechanika Riyadh 2025, Saudi Arabia’s leading trade show for the automotive aftermarket, has officially sold out six weeks ahead of the event.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre (RICEC) from 28-30 April 2025.
This success was achieved through a record surge in international participation, with exhibitors confirmed from over 34 countries—a significant jump from 26 countries last year.
The event will feature seven dedicated country pavilions representing nations such as Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Turkey, along with two new areas specifically for Italian and Indian exhibitors. Additionally, 39 local Saudi automotive aftermarket companies will showcase their offerings, making up nearly 10% of all exhibitors.
To accommodate the increased demand, the exhibition floor space has been expanded by 70% with the addition of two extra halls at RICEC, ensuring that the anticipated 19,000 visitors have ample room to explore. Alongside the exhibition, the event will also deliver a robust conference programme under the Automechanika Academy banner, featuring discussions on the trends and challenges facing the global automotive aftermarket industry.
The details of this milestone were confirmed by key industry figures, including Bilal Al Barmawi, CEO and Founder of 1st Arabia, and Aly Hefny, Show Manager at Messe Frankfurt Middle East. Their comments underscore the remarkable growth of the event and its strategic importance to the region’s economic landscape.
This record-breaking participation reflects the expanding influence of the automotive aftermarket sector in Saudi Arabia and the broader region, driven by increasing global investor interest and a commitment to supporting industry innovation and growth.
