A deadly road accident occurred around 11 pm on Friday near Kateli village in Uttar Pradesh. According to Superintendent of Police Rajesh S, the victims, residents of Gora and Dahena villages, were traveling in a car when it collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction. The impact of the crash was so severe that four people lost their lives instantly.
The victims have been identified as Rahul Kumar (25), Vinay Sharma (27), Akash (22), and Gopal (24). All of them were killed on the spot, and their bodies were later taken to a nearby hospital for further procedures. Two other passengers who were in the car at the time of the accident have been seriously injured and are being treated in the hospital.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, but it appears that the collision happened due to the car’s head-on impact with the truck. Police are working to gather more details and confirm if speed or other factors were involved. This accident has once again raised concerns about road safety, with local authorities pledging to improve conditions and enforce traffic rules to prevent such tragedies in the future.
