Ukraine's Energy Minister, Herman Halushchenko, stated on social media that Russia had once again targeted the country's nuclear energy infrastructure with a large-scale attack. The governor of Odessa also urged citizens to stay in safe locations following the blasts. In a related development, Russia has warned the United States not to deploy missiles in Japan, claiming it would pose a threat to national security and could provoke a retaliatory response.
