SEDA Participates in Food Africa in Cairo

Cairo – The Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA) is participating in the 9th edition of Food Africa, an international trade exhibition for food and beverage, taking place in Cairo from December 3-5. The event features over 1,000 companies from 39 countries, along with more than 500 international investors and various international development organizations. SEDA CEO Abdulrahman Althukair visited the exhibition on its opening day to support Saudi participation.

Under SEDA’s umbrella, 35 national companies are showcasing their products at the event, aiming to promote Saudi goods and demonstrate their competitiveness on a global scale. The goal is to highlight the opportunities available within African markets and establish stronger trade relations. The exhibition will also feature three important segments: the pacprocess MEA, the Fresh Africa exhibition for agricultural products, and the Dates Africa exhibition, which focuses on the date industry.

Food Africa also includes 15 international pavilions and will host 25 discussion sessions about the future of the food industry. These sessions will provide valuable insights into current market trends, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among industry experts and stakeholders from around the world.
