Riyadh – Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser revealed that the Kingdom possesses 100 million tons of oil reserves, ensuring a steady energy supply for at least the next three decades. He shared this information while addressing the Saudi Green Initiative Forum, where global experts are discussing environmental challenges and sustainable energy solutions.Nasser emphasized that Aramco is actively exploring partnerships with companies specializing in alternative energy technologies. However, he noted that current technologies have not yet reduced energy production costs significantly.
"Saudi Aramco is a global leader in energy reserves, holding approximately 259 billion barrels of oil and gas—equivalent to the combined reserves of ExxonMobil, Chevron, TotalEnergies, Shell, and BP," Nasser stated. The forum, attended by prominent environmental and energy experts, focuses on leveraging cutting-edge innovations to combat environmental challenges and reduce carbon emissions.Aramco’s substantial reserves and commitment to energy transition reinforce its position as a key player in ensuring global energy security while adapting to future demands.
