Abdullah Azam Khan, a main person from the Samajwadi Party (SP) and past MLA from Suar area in Rampur, got free from Hardoi Jail in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday after being inside for 17 months. His freedom came after a bail decision by the MP/MLA special court. Abdullah is son of old SP man and ex-state minister Azam Khan; he had been locked up over many criminal matters, one linked to enemy property, but was given bail for all.
He left Hardoi prison around noon on that Tuesday. Many fans were outside waiting when news spread about him getting free. The court gave him bail concerning the enemy property issue dating back to 2020; a release order reached the jail just one day prior so they could finish going through needed steps.
The event took place at Hardoi Jail in Uttar Pradesh. Post-release, security officers escorted Abdullah Azam Khan to his house on Jail Road where he met with supporters celebrating around him - these fans included SP folks and people from Moradabad who showed ongoing support for him and kin.

His freedom happened because the court allowed bail so he could go home again; his legal team worked hard managing more than 45 cases against him before releasing was clear once paperwork was done with regard to verification process delay. Speaking about it later Ruchi Veera spoke highly of judiciary trust saying even if slow things were justice won finally here making it a big day also marking important time for loyal friends still backing up both him along family.
