Gaza’s Healthcare Collapse due Out of Service and Medical Points

Gaza: The complete shutdown of al-Ahli Hospital in northern Gaza has left the region with zero functioning healthcare facilities, deepening the humanitarian crisis.

According to Al Jazeera, the hospital is now totally out of service, leaving countless patients without alternatives. This marks just one among 36 hospitals, including private clinics, that have been destroyed or rendered inoperative since the start of the war.

With Indonesian Hospital and Kamal Adwan Hospital already lacking capacity, hundreds of thousands of civilians are left without access to proper medical care.

Medical points set up by international agencies are now the only option — and they are expected to be completely overwhelmed as casualties from al-Ahli are redirected.
