Gaza: Israeli airstrikes are causing more death and destruction in Gaza, with hospitals now filled with injured people who can’t get the care they need. As of April 22, 2025, the attacks have killed many civilians and caused serious damage to homes, public buildings, and infrastructure.
In Khan Younis, a bomb hit a house, killing nine people. The bodies were burned so badly they couldn’t be recognized. Later, three more people died from the burns. In Gaza City, another explosion hit residential homes, killing seven people, including two children. In the north, a missile struck a tent where a family was staying, killing five people, including three children. Ten others were rushed to the hospital.
However, hospitals in Gaza are overwhelmed. There aren’t enough medicines or equipment, so many of the injured people die quietly in the hospitals. This is making the situation in Gaza even worse as the number of deaths continues to rise.
