RIYADH: A delegation led by Anurag Bhushan, Additional Secretary (Economic Policy & West Asia) at India’s Ministry of External Affairs, co-chaired the India-Saudi Joint Committee Meeting on Labour Cooperation with officials from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The meeting focused on issues of mutual interest and explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in labor matters, particularly measures to improve the welfare of Indian workers residing in the Kingdom.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening labor ties and discussed collaborative efforts to ensure the rights and well-being of the Indian workforce in Saudi Arabia.
