Abu Dhabi: On April 4, 2025, Khawla Art and Culture and the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) signed an important agreement in Abu Dhabi. The signing took place at Khawla Art and Culture’s office in a private ceremony. This agreement shows both groups’ strong commitment to working together to support arts, culture, and creative talent in the UAE.
The agreement was signed by Her Highness Sheikha Khawla Bint Ahmed Bin Khalifa Al-Suwaidi, Founder of Khawla Art and Culture, and Her Excellency Huda Al Khamis-Kanoo, Founder of ADMAF and the Abu Dhabi Festival. Together, they plan to launch creative workshops, music events, and public programmes to inspire and involve communities
Her Highness Sheikha Khawla said that this partnership will help build creative projects that show the UAE’s rich culture and modern spirit. She spoke about how important art is to human identity—whether it's painting, music, or theatre. She believes theatre especially helps people express feelings and ideas.
Her Excellency Huda Al Khamis-Kanoo praised the work of the Khawla Foundation in keeping Arabic calligraphy and traditional arts alive. She said the Foundation has become a strong voice in arts and culture since its start in 2019. She added that both organisations share a goal of protecting heritage, encouraging creativity, and helping the UAE grow as a cultural leader.
This new partnership is more than just working together. It’s a promise to support future artists, give more people access to culture, and make the UAE a global center for creative talent.
