MAKKAH: The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and Prophet’s Mosque has launched a range of digital tools aimed at enhancing the spiritual experience of pilgrims during the Hajj season.
This initiative seeks to convey the universal message of Hajj and its Shariah objectives in multiple languages.
Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, head of the presidency, unveiled the second version of the AI-powered robot, Manarah 2, along with several smart interactive screens, a global electronic recitation platform, and a multilingual Surah Al-Fatiha app.
Focusing on improving the digital experience, the presidency is introducing integrated services through AI, smart apps, and media, aligned with its transformation goals.
Supporting Saudi Vision 2030, the initiative utilizes advanced digital tools and locally developed content to promote the values of moderation and guidance based on the Qur’an and Sunnah.
The presidency’s Hajj operational plan, set to be announced on Thursday, will focus on enriching the pilgrim experience through educational, scientific, and guidance-oriented initiatives, reflecting its core mission.
