New Delhi: Speaking during a session from the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a gospel of praise for its successful completion in Prayagraj of the Maha Kumbh that saw the presence of over 60 crore pilgrims.
On their part, he thanked Uttar Pradesh's people, especially the people of Prayagraj, for hosting the grand religious convention.
The Prime Minister said the event had shown India could indeed organize a huge event, dashing out at critics who said otherwise; he said this uprising was a great way to present to the future generations the realization of India as it gathered strength.
Modi was also critical, on top of this point, that the success of the Kumbh was a good expression of myriad essential national consciousness. The Modi government has been silently implementing its "Plan B"—an altered version of the vision for India that was sketched at the Ram Mandir program a year prior.
Had it not come as a Rivals' attack, the mention of the tragedy in which the stampede took the floor in the heart of the discussion of events that would have been included in Delhi and in the Kumbh' case. The Opposition's tone has changed.
While asking PM Narendra Modi to speak about the drop of security forces in light of such a disaster, Rahul staged stern opposition to the neighboring mountains requesting that the Prime Minister should pay a condolence to the fallen victims. In the stampede case, a total of 30 people had lost their lives, and some 60 others were injured around the Sangam.
