For the purpose of funding the 45-day Nylat camp set in the Hail area, Saudi Arabia has decided to resuscitate tourism and draw attention to the incomparable charm of the kingdom's natural beauty and settings. This effort is intended to further enhance tourism in the kingdom, especially in areas that are not well known. Located in Hail Reserve, Naylat Camp allows its guests to experience the Saudi desert and its rich cultural aspects. The camp will organize tours, driven activities such as safaris, stargazing and show Saudi cultural values, enhancing understanding of culture and environment.
The Saudi government plans to use this camp exhibition practices to promote local tourism which would boost and add to the efforts made for Vision 2030 program which strives to make Saudi Arabia a prominent tourist country through the wide spectrum of exhibition opportunities to its wonders. Framing initiatives, the Naylat Camp allows the audience to explore and interact with the country and its history. Also, the Naylat Camp contributes to environmental conservation apart from being an attractive tourist spot. The organizers are adamant about safeguarding the ecological characteristics of the place and strive to ensure that their activities do not result in environmental degradation. It is also a requirement that the tourists try their best to minimize any ecological damage and realize the significance of conservation in the area.
The experience will also include local crafts and cuisine through the various local vendors and artisans, allowing the guests to enjoy the traditional ethos of the Hail region. This project facilitates job creation and encourages local craftsmanship thereby enhancing the economy and tourism industry. The Naylat Camp is expected to be set up in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s tourism paradigm and enhances the experience of exploring the desert areas of the Kingdom but from a thoroughly modern and engaging perspective. With further awareness of the Kingdom’s history, the project bears witness to the growing demand for the country’s natural beauty.
