Noor Riyadh - The Largest Light Art Festival (28th November-14th December)

Noor Riyadh is an annual light and art event that illuminates Riyadh, the capital city of Saudia Arabia. The event is just around the corner and preparations for the annual event are underway. The event will be taking place from November 28 to December 14. All the events at Noor Riyadh festival is open to everyone and free of charge.

 It is ranked as worlds largest light Art festival. It brings together artworks, exhibitions, community activities, unique artist features and much more.

The new Noor Riyadh theme for the year 2024 is "Light Years Apart", it embodies the essence of aiming for new heights, where light is used as a symbol for hope, creativity and strength. 

A host of activities are planned at three key locations — King Abdulaziz Historical Center, Wadi Hanifa and Diriyah’s JAX District. 

The event was first organised back in the year 2021,  as a part of Riyadh Art Initiative. Followed by the second edition in 2022. The second edition won six Guinness World Records. Noor Riyadh 2023 was the third edition that lit up the capital. 

The objective of the festival is to cultivate local talent and to flourish Saudia's creative economy.
