PCB Sends Final Message to ICC Before Board Meeting

Islamabad: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sent a strong message to the International Cricket Council (ICC) ahead of its upcoming board meeting. The message highlights the disparity between Pakistan’s participation in events held in India and India’s reluctance to send its team to Pakistan. It is simply not possible for Pakistan to keep playing in India for all events while the Indian authorities are unwilling to send their team to play in Pakistan. We cannot accept such an unequal situation, stated the PCB.

The message underscores Pakistan’s demand for a fair solution and calls on the ICC to come up with a new proposal. “If you have any other formula, share it with us tonight or tomorrow morning,” the PCB added, signaling that a resolution must be reached soon. This statement comes amid ongoing tensions surrounding the hosting of international cricket events between the two nations.
