RIYADH: Reportage KSA, a leading real estate developer, announced exceeding SAR 350 million in sales for 2024, reinforcing its expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia.
CEO Islam Hammam highlighted the company’s strong performance and unveiled plans to launch over seven new projects in Riyadh in 2025, alongside expansion in Jeddah to meet the growing demand for modern, integrated residential communities.
The company recently opened a new branch at Jeddah’s Hilton Hotel to enhance customer services in the Western Region. Hammam emphasized Reportage KSA’s commitment to sustainable housing, citing progress on the "Najd Residential" projects, with upcoming expansions to Najd 3, 4, and 5.
Saudi Arabia is projected to require 115,000 new homes annually over the next six years to accommodate its young and growing population, as per a Knight Frank report.
