RIYADH: Saudi Arabia strongly condemned a terrorist attack that targeted a group of tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
The attack, which occurred on Tuesday, resulted in the deaths of at least 26 people and left more than a dozen others injured after gunmen opened fire on the tourists.
The assault has been described as one of the deadliest attacks on civilians in recent years.
The Kingdom expressed its condemnation of the attack and extended condolences to the victims' families.
