RIYADH: Starting February 1, 2025, Saudi Arabia will replace one-year multiple-entry visas with 30-day single-entry visas for travelers from 14 countries, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, and others.
This change targets preventing visa misuse and unauthorized Hajj pilgrimages, following last year’s overcrowding tragedy.
Hajj, Umrah, diplomatic, and residency visas remain unaffected. Travelers are advised to plan ahead, as the government has not yet specified a review date for the policy.
