Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property Blocks 30,000 Online Violations

Riyadh: The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has ramped up its crackdown on online violations, blocking over 7,900 websites and removing more than 22,900 infringing content items from online stores in 2024.

Through targeted electronic inspections, SAIP has taken action against more than 30,000 violations, reinforcing its commitment to protecting intellectual property rights. The authority warned that violators will face strict legal consequences.

SAIP also urged citizens and residents to report violations through its official channels, including social media (@saipksa), email (Saip@Saip.gov.sa), and customer service (920021421).
