ISTANBUL: Saudi Deputy Minister for Industry and Mineral Resources Khalid Al-Mudaifer met with Türkiye’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, and President of the Turkish Miners’ Association, Mehmet Yilmaz, in Istanbul.
The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in the mining sector and exploring joint investment opportunities in mineral resources, according to a statement by the Saudi Ministry of Industry.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Istanbul Natural Resources Summit, which gathered experts, leaders, and policymakers to address changing global and regional dynamics in energy and resource security.
