Saudia Airlines (SAUDIA) has been awarded the prestigious Best Airline Cabin Crew title at the 2024 Business Traveler North America Awards ceremony held in Miami, USA.

Rossen Dimitrov, SAUDIA's Chief Guest Experience Officer, accepted the award on behalf of the airline. This award, presented for the first time at the ceremony, recognizes airlines for their excellence in cabin crew service.

Dimitrov emphasized that this recognition is a testament to SAUDIA’s commitment to enhancing the travel experience, aiming to exceed passenger expectations and set new standards in the airline industry. He explained that air service is a critical part of travel and a key indicator of service quality, reflecting guest satisfaction.

The award highlights the effectiveness of SAUDIA's employees, particularly the cabin crew, who manage over 500 flights daily, ensuring smooth operations. Dimitrov also pointed out the significant improvements in air service that showcase Saudi culture, from the warm hospitality and assistance to meals inspired by traditional Saudi cuisine, and the tradition of serving Saudi coffee and dates as a symbol of Saudi hospitality.

As part of its strategic vision for a new era, SAUDIA continues to innovate with impactful initiatives aimed at improving both services and products. The airline's dedication to operational excellence is also reflected in its modern and expanding fleet, which currently includes 144 aircraft, supporting its goal of connecting the world with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
