Dubai-based Sobha Realty has awarded a significant Dh150 million bonus to its staff, marking the second consecutive year the company has distributed million-dirham bonuses. The bonus, announced in December 2024, recognizes the contributions of employees across various departments who are not already covered by other incentive programs.
Chairman Ravi Menon expressed gratitude for the dedication and resilience of Sobha's employees, particularly for their efforts in the past year. The bonus aims to motivate staff as they prepare for the upcoming year. In addition to the bonus, Sobha Realty is set to deliver its Creek Vistas Grande project eight months ahead of schedule, further strengthening its reputation for high-quality, early deliveries.
