Abu Dhabi: In celebration of the UAE’s National Day, the relevant ministry has announced a public holiday for December 2 and 3 (Monday and Tuesday), allowing employees to enjoy a four-day break from Saturday through Tuesday. The holiday marks the significance of the National Day, celebrated every year on December 2, commemorating the formation of the United Arab Emirates in 1971. This day honors the union of the seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Various events and cultural activities will take place across the UAE, with both residents and tourists celebrating the nation's history and culture.
