The UAE has successfully taken Abdul Rahman Al Qaradawi into custody from Lebanon under a provisional arrest warrant issued by the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers' Council. Al Qaradawi is charged with engaging in activities aimed at stirring unrest and undermining public security.
The extradition followed a formal request by the UAE Ministry of Justice to Lebanon's Central Authority, aligned with the principle of reciprocity and domestic laws of both nations.
The UAE has reaffirmed its strong commitment to safeguarding national security and taking decisive legal action against any threats to its stability.
