Dubai: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has welcomed a significant agreement between Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, which aims to establish a tri-national border connection point.
The agreement also includes the signing of the Khujand Declaration of Eternal Friendship among the three nations. Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, the UAE Minister of State, expressed hope that this initiative would strengthen cooperation and development in Central Asia, contributing to peace, prosperity, and stability at both regional and international levels.
Al Sayegh also emphasized the longstanding historical ties between the UAE and these countries, reaffirming the UAE's commitment to supporting their peace and development efforts while advocating for peaceful dialogue as the key to resolving conflicts.
