RIYADH: The Virtual Notary Public completed over 1.4 million documentation transactions in 2024 through the Ministry of Justice’s digital platform, "Najiz."
This marked a 60% growth from 2023. Key services included social status documentation (500,000+ transactions), marriage contracts (260,000+), and real estate (220,000+).
The Virtual Notary has simplified remote access to notarial services through an integrated digital system, allowing beneficiaries to access services like powers of attorney, declarations, and real estate transactions online, without visiting judicial facilities.
This approach improves efficiency and governance, providing round-the-clock service.
