RIYADH: The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority has reminded businesses subject to withholding tax to file their March 2025 withholding tax forms by April 10, 2025.
Taxpayers are advised to submit the forms promptly through the authority’s website (zatca.gov.sa) to avoid penalties. A fine of 1% of the unpaid tax will be imposed for every 30 days of delay beyond the due date.

Withholding tax applies to payments made in the Kingdom to non-residents without a permanent establishment, in line with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Executive Regulations.
