I am a telecom engineer, innovator, entrepreneur, and public policy advocate with a lifelong commitment to using technology for social good. I have been fortunate to contribute to India's telecommunications and technology transformation while working with governments, institutions, and global organizations to promote innovation and inclusive development. With over 60 years of experience in telecom, IT, and technology including more than 120 patents, 20 honorary doctorates, over 500 articles, 500 videos, and eight books—I hope to share simple ideas on technology, democracy, sustainability, and how innovation can help create a more inclusive world and take humanity forward in the age of AI.
