Apple is making a brand-new smart home device, and tech expert Mark Gurman says it’s Apple’s most important product of 2025!
This new gadget will look like a HomePod but with a 7-inch screen on it. It will help you control smart home devices, make FaceTime calls, and do other cool things. Apple wants this device to make HomeKit as good as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
There’s also talk of a fancier version in the future that might have a robot arm! This would let the screen move and follow you around the room, so you stay in view during video calls.
Gurman describes it as a "smaller and cheaper iPad" made just for smart homes. Earlier leaks said the screen would be 6 inches, but now it looks like it’ll be a bit bigger.
No one knows yet if it will have its own operating system, but one thing is clear—Apple wants this to be the heart of a smart home, making Siri more helpful than ever!
