Aden: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has signed an agreement with the International Wars and Disasters Victims Protection Association (IRVD) to establish a Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation Center in Aden Governorate. This initiative, aimed at assisting over 6,000 individuals, was formalized during the International Conference on Conjoined Twins in Riyadh. The center will offer comprehensive rehabilitation services, including prosthetic limb fitting, functional therapy, and continuous care, to individuals with physical disabilities. It also seeks to curb the migration of skilled medical personnel, ensuring Yemen retains the expertise needed for its healthcare infrastructure. This project is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian efforts through KSrelief, addressing the urgent needs of Yemenis impacted by the prolonged crisis. By strengthening local medical capabilities, the initiative ensures sustainable benefits for Yemen’s healthcare system and its people.
