DAMMAM: Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) has been ranked among the top 100 universities worldwide in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, securing the 98th position out of 2,526 institutions from 130 countries.
The ranking highlights PMU’s outstanding performance in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through its scientific research addressing social and environmental challenges, strong community engagement, and the integration of sustainability principles into its academic programs.
PMU also placed fourth among Saudi universities participating in this year’s rankings, marking a significant achievement for both the university and the Kingdom’s higher education sector.
The university’s success reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader commitment to academic and research excellence, reinforcing its status as an emerging global hub for education, innovation, and sustainable development.
