Epolia: Saudi Arabia has called on the international community to take action for a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, emphasizing the urgency of addressing ongoing conflicts in the region. In his remarks at the second meeting of foreign ministers from the G7 countries, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan highlighted the pressing need for stronger partnerships to tackle regional and global challenges.

Ceasefire and Humanitarian Aid: Prince Faisal stressed the importance of the global community fulfilling its responsibilities by pushing for an immediate ceasefire, ensuring the unimpeded delivery of humanitarian aid, and working toward a two-state solution to establish a free Palestinian state. He urged that the international community must act promptly without imposing conditions on the aid that is desperately needed in Gaza and Lebanon.

Respect for Lebanon's Sovereignty: The Saudi Foreign Minister also underscored the importance of reducing aggression in Lebanon and respecting its sovereignty. He highlighted the need for all nations to respect Lebanon's autonomy amid escalating tensions in the region.

Call for Resolution in Sudan: In addition to the conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon, Prince Faisal reiterated the urgent need to resolve the ongoing crisis in Sudan. He called for a permanent resolution to the crisis and an end to the humanitarian suffering in the country.
