Since its inception, KSA relief has launched 3,117 projects across 105 countries, amounting to over $7.1 billion. Among these, 965 projects, valued at over $924 million, specifically aim to enhance the living conditions of children and their families, alleviate their suffering, and ensure access to education in safe and healthy environments.

One notable project by KSrelief focuses on the rehabilitation and reintegration of children affected by armed conflict in Yemen, particularly supporting child soldiers in their transition back to society. This initiative has positively impacted 530 children and 60,560 family members, facilitating the children's integration into their communities, enrolling them in schools, and providing essential psychological and social support through targeted training courses to help them lead normal, fulfilling lives.

KSrelief also plays a vital role in supporting the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), significantly contributing to the delivery of health services and nutrition programs for newborns and their mothers. Additionally, the center is instrumental in supporting educational initiatives and ensuring the continuity of education in crisis and disaster-affected areas.
