Karachi: Saudi Arabia is in discussions to invest $1.8 billion in Pakistan’s energy and infrastructure sectors. The investment is expected to help stabilize Pakistan’s energy landscape and support vital infrastructure projects. An official from the government remarked, "This investment will bolster Pakistan’s energy sector and create jobs in the long term." The final agreements are expected to be signed during the Saudi energy minister’s visit to Pakistan next month.
