Riyadh: Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman arrived in Tehran on Thursday for an official visit.
According to the report, during his stay, Prince Khalid is expected to hold a series of meetings focused on strengthening bilateral relations and addressing issues of mutual interest between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
The visit comes amid ongoing diplomatic engagement between the two nations.
Earlier this week, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held a phone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to discuss regional developments and joint efforts to tackle emerging challenges.
