Bollywood's power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, have rented a luxurious apartment in the upscale Prabhadevi area of Mumbai. Located in the prestigious Beaumonde Towers, the apartment spans 3,245 square feet of built-up area and 2,319.5 square feet of carpet area. The monthly rent for the property is ₹7 lakh, adding a remarkable asset to their already impressive real estate portfolio.

The couple has signed a 36-month rental agreement, with the first 18 months priced at ₹7 lakh per month. After this, the rent will increase to ₹7.35 lakh for the remaining period. A security deposit of ₹21 lakh was paid at the start of the lease.

Prabhadevi is a prime residential area in Mumbai, well-connected to key parts of the city through the Worli-Bandra Sea Link and Western Express Highway. Popular landmarks such as the Siddhivinayak Temple, Dadar Beach, and High Street Phoenix Mall are in close proximity.

Interestingly, Deepika Padukone already owns a property in Beaumonde Towers. In addition to this, she has recently purchased an opulent apartment in Bandra and a beautiful bungalow in Alibaug.
