A travel ban has been imposed on Imran Khan and other named accused in the GHQ attack case. The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued an order preventing the accused from traveling abroad in connection with the case related to the attack on the General Headquarters (GHQ). To enforce this, the court has sent a letter to the Director General of Immigration, directing them to restrict the accused from leaving the country.

The departure of the named accused in the GHQ attack case is conditional upon court approval. This ban has been imposed under Section 28-A of the ATC Act, aimed at ensuring the presence of the accused during the trial.

Today, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, also received the inspection note with his signature. At this occasion, defense lawyers raised objections, stating that Imran Khan's name was not included in the list of accused, labeling it as a tampered document.

It is important to note that charges are set to be framed against the accused on November 25. In this case, 23 individuals have been declared absconders, with permanent warrants of arrest issued against them, including Shahbaz Gill, Murad Saeed, Hamad Azhar, and Zulfi Bukhari.

In total, 120 accused individuals are facing trial in the GHQ attack case, and further developments are awaited. This case holds significant importance in the country's political landscape, and the public is keenly observing its outcomes.
