Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has announced that the World Sports Summit will occur in Dubai from December 29 to 30. The summit will gather top international sports officials, coaches, specialists, and current and former sports stars.
It aims to shape the future of global sports by addressing key issues such as team performance, talent development, and fan engagement. The event will include panel discussions, speeches, and workshops organized by the Dubai Sports Council and held at Madinat Jumeirah. It will focus on economic sustainability, technological integration, and regulatory improvements in the sports sector.
Sheikh Hamdan highlighted the role of education and sports academies in nurturing young talent and emphasized the importance of making sports more inclusive, inspiring, and economically viable.
