Dr. Hassan Qadri’s Book “Dastoor-e-Madina” Launched in Greece

Lahore: A grand launch ceremony of the book “Dastoor-e-Madina aur Falah-e-Riyasat ka Tasawur” by renowned scholar and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, was held in Greece. The event was organized under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Greece and attended by prominent figures, including Pakistan's Ambassador to Greece, Azeem Khan, and representatives of the Pakistani community.


Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Hassan Qadri highlighted that Dastoor-e-Madina is the first written constitution of humanity, comprising 63 articles and just 750 words. He emphasized that this constitution introduced the concepts of legal governance and political nationality, providing safety, religious freedom, and the rule of law to all citizens of the State of Madina. He added that the principles of Dastoor-e-Madina remain relevant today, offering a framework for peace and harmony.


Dr. Qadri praised the establishment of the State of Madina as a historical example of tolerance, interfaith harmony, and justice.


The event was attended by dignitaries from various walks of life, including Nadia Degado (President, Hellenic & Mexico Chamber of Commerce), Vassilis (CEO of an Athens accounting firm), Stavros Drakos (Bank Manager, National Bank of Greece), and prominent members of the Arab community such as Muhammad Zaki Syed, Syed Ihab, Muhammad Al-Dahabi, and Abdul Raheem.


Participants lauded Dr. Qadri’s scholarly efforts, emphasizing that the book provides valuable insights into the welfare and justice-based governance model of the State of Madina.


Prominent Minhaj-ul-Quran representatives in Europe and Greece, including Muhammad Bilal Upal, Babar Shafi Sheikh, Ghulam Murtaza Qadri, Hafiz Muhammad Nawaz Hazravi, and others, were present. Political, diplomatic, religious, and social figures, along with leaders and members of Minhaj-ul-Quran Greece, also attended the ceremony.
