NORTH KORDOFAN: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) distributed 1,250 food baskets to displaced families in North Kordofan State, Sudan, benefiting 8,092 individuals.
Since April 2023, KSrelief has ramped up its humanitarian response in Sudan, launching over 70 projects worth $73 million to tackle the crisis caused by conflict and displacement.
The agency has provided vital food, hygiene kits, and emergency supplies to thousands in areas like Blue Nile State and Gedaref, while also aiding displaced people and refugees in Sudan and neighboring countries.
The aid distribution aims to alleviate the suffering of thousands of families affected by the worsening humanitarian crisis triggered by ongoing conflict and displacement across Sudan.
The initiative is part of KSrelief’s broader effort to strengthen food security and deliver vital support to vulnerable populations in crisis-hit areas.
