This program is in line with Saudi Arabia's National Strategy for Data and Artificial Intelligence, which intends to create a talent pool of 20,000 data and AI experts and teach 40% of the workforce in critical skills to overcome data and AI illiteracy. In order to promote entrepreneurship, it also helps the strategy's goal of bringing in SR75 billion ($19.99 billion) in domestic and foreign investments and assisting more than 300 enterprises.

According to Mauzaize, ServiceNow plans to make the announcements in 2026. She also underlined how important it is to invest in skills, especially for young people, in order to maintain growth.

The goal of LEAP 2025, which has as its subject "Into New Worlds," is to increase business networking and investment opportunities in the technology industry.

In line with its Vision 2030 aim to diversify the economy, the event is crucial to Saudi Arabia's goal of becoming a global center for technology. The Kingdom has committed $100 billion to developing its technology sector as part of this strategy.
